How do I know which service is right for me?

Note that the free consultation applies to Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching — Fascial Stretch Therapy sessions are priced separately.

Do I need prior training experience?

No. I work with complete beginners through advanced athletes. The programming adapts to where you are, not where you think you should be.

What happens in the first session?

We do a full movement assessment, talk through your goals in detail, and build a baseline. You'll leave with a clear picture of where you're starting and exactly where we're headed.

What services do you offer?

Personal Training, Nutrition Coaching, and Fascial Stretch Therapy — available individually or combined. Digital workout programs are also available for self-directed training.

How much does personal training cost?

Pricing depends on session frequency and package length. Single sessions, monthly packages, and long-term commitments are all available. Contact me for current rates — I don't post pricing publicly because I want to make sure the package actually fits your situation.

Do you offer package discounts?

Yes. Committing to a longer block of sessions comes with a reduced per-session rate. Most clients find a 3-month package gives them enough time to see real, measurable results.

What's included in the digital programs?

Each program includes a full training plan with sets, reps, rest periods, and coaching notes — delivered as a PDF. Email support is included with every purchase. Programs are designed to be self-sufficient, but I'm always available if you have questions.

Where are sessions held?

In-person sessions are held at the Cold Lake Energy Centre or in-home, depending on the service and your preference. Online coaching is also available for clients outside the Cold Lake area.

How far in advance do I need to book?

Most clients book 1–2 weeks out. I keep a small client roster intentionally so I can give everyone proper attention — spots fill up, so don't wait if you're serious.

Question 10

What is your cancellation policy?

24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule without charge. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged at the full session rate. Life happens — I'm reasonable about genuine emergencies.

Do you offer early morning or evening sessions?

Yes. I offer sessions from 5:30 AM through 7:00 PM on weekdays, with limited weekend availability. Reach out with your preferred time and we'll find something that works.

Is nutrition coaching done in person or online?

Both. In-person sessions work well for initial assessments and check-ins. Ongoing coaching is typically done via weekly check-ins over video or messaging — whatever keeps you most accountable.

Will I have to follow a strict meal plan?

No rigid meal plans. I build flexible frameworks around your preferences, schedule, and goals. Sustainability matters more than perfection — a plan you can follow beats a perfect plan you abandon.

Question 14

What is Fascial Stretch Therapy and who is it for?

FST is a table-based assisted stretching method that targets the fascia — the connective tissue surrounding your muscles and joints. It's effective for chronic tightness, injury recovery, mobility limitations, and athletic performance. If you've tried regular stretching and it hasn't moved the needle, FST usually will.

How many FST sessions will I need?

Most clients notice significant improvement within 3–4 sessions. For chronic issues or performance goals, a 6–8 session block is typical. We'll assess after each session and adjust accordingly.
